Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two fabulous shipping options to get your fashion to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Fashionistas Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions). Customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece from our collection of cocktail dresses, floral dresses, and swimwear as much as we do! If something isn’t perfect, here’s how to make it right:

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bikini Bottoms (unless defective or incorrect item received)
  • Bikini Tops (unless defective or incorrect item received)
  • Any items without original tags or showing signs of wear

Step 2: Package Your Items
Pack your return securely in the original packaging if possible. Include all tags and any free gifts that came with the order.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return:
